DJ Cappel and Smitty mix old New York with the sounds of a new city on their album "Blue Eyes Meets Bed Stuy," where Sinatra samples are mixed with vocals from the late hip-hop artist, the Notorious B.I.G.  A salute to Sinatra immortalizes the Notorious B.I.G., one of the huge huge hip-hop talents to come out of the Bed-Stuy neighborhood, on "Blue Eyes Meets Bed Stuy."
